A Bit More About Me

Nurturing Care

My Haitian grandparents integrated aspects of Haitian Healing Arts into my everyday life. For nearly every ailment, my grandfather had a tea. My grandmother taught me the importance of intention and intuition. These important lessons and teachings have fostered my passion for helping others in all aspects of care.  Witnessing and supporting pregnancy, birth, and the growth of a family – one of the most beautiful human experiences – brings me so much joy.

In 2012, I returned to school to become a massage therapist after being laid off. During my training, I discovered I wanted to make a difference in prenatal care – specifically, seeing prenatal massage become standard prenatal care. This core idea remains central to my purpose.

My mission is to help facilitate safe, positive, and empowering birthing experiences by offering the information, emotional support, and physical support needed during this time. I am privileged to help pregnant people and their partners make these experiences as positive and healthy as possible. I am proud to have received my certifications through the National Holistic Institute, Body Therapy Associates, and Cornerstone Doula Trainings, and I offer comprehensive support to families across the San Francisco Bay area.
